We are family owned and operated, and are located on the Sunshine Coast.  We have a Bridal and Formal Boutique and ship stock from our store.  We are developing our ebay business to cater the emerging online market. 

We have the experience of having a retail store as well and offering great service and satisfaction to all our customers, both in store and online.  At our retail store we carry even more great styles and can help with any bridal or formal enquiries.

Postage and Shipping

We normally post within 2 to 3 days, and in most cases items are shipped the next day.  We use Australia Post. 

Any international shipping will be sent airmail.

If requested, items can be made available for pick up from our Bridal & Formal Wear Store in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast.

Return Policy P

If you are not happy with your purchase, we can offer a store credit for exchange of the item, excluding postage and handling.  This store credit is only valid for 30 days from the date we receive the returned item back.  Buyers are responsible for all shipping return and exchange fees.

If there is any problem/fault, you must email us within 3 days after you receive the goods, otherwise, we will reserve the right to refuse any credit/fault.  We will supply an approval/return code by email so the goods can be returned to us.

We have gained excellent in store service approval from our customers and a great ebay rating, so please before leaving any negative feedback give us the opportunity to solve any problem you may encounter.
