Rice paper can be fixed to your cake using any edible topping, such as edible gel, whipped cream, Butter cream, freshly made icing or marzipan 

If using on wet surface  Wait for the icing chocolate to dry, then apply a very lightly brush of water to stick the topper down. do not use too much water as moisture can make the topper wrinkle as it absorbs the water. if decorating a cake which has already been covered with icing or marzipan, lightly brush the dry topping, with water to assist the merging of decor with the topping layer. Rice paper should only be apply to flat surfaces. If any wrinkles appear during application, gently pat to remove them.

inks and rice paper are completely edible and made from 100% EC approved materials.  

stored in cool dry place Suitable for use up to 6 -12 months
