Shipping: It will be posted via normal airmail with a tracking. If you were in the US, UK and Australia, you can expect it in 2 - 3 weeks. It will take a bit longer if you are in other European countries as it will take 1-2 weeks to clear the customs in some European countries such as Germany and France. If you would like to have express airmail service please contact me as it will be expensive. Express airmail can shorten the time in transit but it cannot shorten the time in customs.
Tracking: I will add a tracking to your order once it is shipped. You can track it from www.ems.com.cn or http://www.17track.net/. Or from www.usps.com if you are in USA and www.royalmail.com if you are in the UK.
Tax: This dress is not a branded item therefore you don't need to pay any import tax on this dress.
Return: You can return it to our Milton Keynes UK office if it doesn't fit or it is not what you want, as long as the tags are still on. When you receive the dress and find this is not what you want or it doesn't fit please email us immediately and notify us the return. When you return the item please fill in the return form (with return address) included in the parcel we send you so we can track your return and process your refund quicker. We will refund you once the same unused item is returned. Please note we cannot refund postage £6 unless we send you a wrong dress such as wrong size, wrong colour or wrong style.
Actual product photos: except for the dress worn by our lovely princess in the first photo, other photos were taken from the actual product we are selling. You will receive the dress in the photos (except the first photo). As always, we only make the best quality Kate inspired dresses.
