WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON UNWORN BOOTS ONLY! BE SURE TO TRY THEM ON CARPETED AREAS ONLY! We also do exchanges for customers within the US only in which we provide you an RA# for and speak with you on how to address them so please contact us for this information. When shipping back for any reason please package boot box in another package or bag, refraining from placing tape on original box, thus protecting the boot box from damage! Failure to do so will result a restocking charge. We require signature confirmation on ALL items shipped from our location.
