Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, providing that the item returned in the original condition, has

 NOT been worn and with labels. We will refund 100% of the sale price (excluding postage cost)

Customer must contact our customer service in order to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number

 to include with their item being returned, before returning their item.

 

Postage Information

Orders placed before 6.30 pm  will be dispatched the following working day (Mon- Fri).

Next Day delivery orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery. 

Please note that our free 48H delivery has an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days (not including dispatch day).  

The majority of our mail is delivered within this time frame, however delivery times are only estimated not guaranteed 

and some parcels can take longer due to postal delays especially during busy periods such as Christmas.
