Items should be paid for within 3 regular days of purchase, if no communication is made by the buyer by the 4th day a case to cancel the transaction will be will be opened allowing an additional 4 regular days. If not paid by the 8th regular day the case will be closed and the transaction canceled.

Used items are tested prior to auction to assure their reliability as well as verify they're not damaged prior to shipping.
When in stock items are typically shipped within 5 business days after payment has been verified. Packages are usually sent out Tuesday and Friday of each week. If for whatever reason I'm running behind and can't make the 5 business day quote I'll email you with how much additional time is needed and give you the option of canceling the order or offering you a discount once the transaction is completed.
Business days are considered Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays don't count as business days.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase and should be completed promptly while the return window is open for best results. Any items with serials, codes and so on have a no return policy (ex. gift cards, games, software and so on).
Items will be tested upon return if there's nothing wrong with your item but you still want to return it a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to your refund if it's returned in the condition sent.
