Made in Spain    early 1900's

Hispano –Moresque is a name given to two methods; Luster and Majolica, because they came to Spain through the Moorish occupation.     This lovely vase has white and pale purple luster or iridescent glazing.   Hard to photograph as it reflects its surroundings.   Has a classic shape and delicate neck.   There are some 'marks' in the glazing that may have come from the kiln.    Otherwise, in great condition.    Has original paper label on bottom.  Measures 5 3/4" tall x 4 1/2" at its widest.
