However, any delay in delivery cannot lead to cancellation of the order or compensation. Any penalty clause, of delay which would be included by the customer in his order, remains without effect by application of these general conditions of sale. Regardless of the mention mentioned on the order form, shipping and packing costs are charged to the customer.
With regard to shipping, we mainly work with a private carrier (DPD Luxembourg and Chronopost France). Alternatively shipments via GLS, Dachser or TNT (and their partners) are also possible depending on weight and volume. BCIE SARL will decide on the appropriate carrier for each order. You can choose the carrier of your choice for an extra charge if you wish. In this case, please contact us before ordering for a precise quotation.
The warranty never covers maintenance or lack of maintenance as well as the classic wear and tear of a product (which may occur before the contractual warranty expires).
The guarantee includes transportation to and from our premises, provided that the guarantee case is proven and justified.
The guarantee is not applicable outside Europe.

The customer is responsible for the return to our company. It must therefore ensure that the product is properly packaged and protected in such a way that it can withstand conventional and acceptable transport hazards. As far as possible, the customer should return the product in its original packaging, then protected.
