SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
- Handling time: Up to 2 business days upon cleared payment
- Shippers used: We use both Australia Post & Fastway Couriers. For international shipments we use multiple shippers
- Tracking No: Tracking number available in your "Purchase History" page once item has been sent
- Combined shipping: Please wait for revised invoice to be sent to you for multiple purchases
- As we are not the delivery person please understand that we have NO control, influence or responsibility for delivery delays etc
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES / VAT:
- Please note: Buyer is responsible for any fees, import duties, government taxes, VAT, tarrifs etc. issued by the individual country's Custom
- Please check PRIOR to purchasing as we do not offer refunds for international Custom fees incurred on your shipment
- Import taxes are set by the government in all countries and we have no control or benefit from these charges
DELIVERY TIMES:
- Please refer to shipper's website for delivery times
- Please note: Domestic deliveries to rural / outlying areas (WA, NT, TAS) may take up to 6-8 business days
- International: May take up to 12 business days (excl. Custom clearance, our handling time, holidays, weather etc.)
PAYMENT METHODS:
- Paypal or bank deposit
- Unless an incorrect item was sent or the item deemed to be a manufacturer fault, we do not accept returns of product.
- Please note: Returns will be accepted on faulty or wrong item sent only according to the standard Australian refund policy.
- Items MUST BE in its original new, unused, untested condition & in its original packaging / box for full refund.
- Change of mind, wrong colour, buyer misinterpretation of listing or incorrect quantity or incorrect item selected will NOT be accepted as reasons for return or refund.
- 20% restocking fee will apply should the returned item received be of an unsaleable or damaged condition to product or packaging.
- Uncollected / Refused Shipments: Uncollected or refused shipments which are returned to our warehouse will incur shipping charges, any import fees (for international shipments) the cost of the return as well as a 50% deduction of your order for the buyer.
We suggest you check with your postal service regarding parcels awaiting collection to avoid this situation from occurring.
