Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery time which excludes both weekends and bank holidays. All of our items are carefully packed in suitable packaging with most items being shipped in padded envelopes (Jiffy Bags). However, please be aware that accidents can happen during deliveries which are beyond our control, please do contact us if you have a problem with your item. |
RETURNS
Please contact us within 14 working days of receipt if your item is faulty or damaged, before returning the item back to us. The item must be returned in its original packaging and original condition. All postage costs associated with returning any items are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure any item returned is sufficiently packaged & postal insurance is taken out to guarantee the return can be tracked. |
