Shipping

Standard UK delivery will normally be via Royal Mail 2nd Class (we may use other couriers for heavy or large items). Express options are also available for an additional cost.

International Postage will be via royal mail standard international or Tracked international delivery, depending on location. 

Please note: We do not include customs taxes or import tariffs in our prices and have no control over what they may be. These will be charged upon the item entering your country. All customs paperwork will be filled in accurately when we post your item so if in doubt please check with your local authorities before ordering.

Combined postage:

When purchasing multiple items you will be charged the postage for the item with the highest postage cost. All additional items ordered at the same time will be sent free of charge within the UK and at a reduced rate for international orders. To take advantage of this offer please ensure that all items are added to the basket rather than using the buy it now button. This will ensure all postage and multi-buy discounts are calculated before paying.

Delivery time:

Items are normally dispatched within 1 working day from receipt of cleared payment. Custom made items and international delivery may take longer. 

Returns

If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason at all, please contact us within 30 days of receiving you're order and we will be more than happy to help.

In order to receive a full refund please ensure the item is returned to us in the same packaging and condition as it was sent. Please note that return shipping costs must be met by the buyer and are non-refundable.
