Delivery times are provided by Ebay as a guideline. Although items are sent within 2 working days, delivery times will vary. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1-2 working days, but this is not guaranteed. Please order  in advance, as I cannot be held responsible for postal delays.

Returns & refunds

Returns are only accepted on items which have not been personalised. 

Returns on personalised items are only accepted if a mistake has been made by myself, I am happy to send another via first class delivery, or offer a full refund.
