Brand New. These earrings are beautiful. Vibrant, sapphire blue swallows in a flying position. The color is a gorgeous blue (not as grainy looking as in the picture) and they look like they are soaring. Hand painted in blue with black markings. There are matching blue beads on the sterling silver ear wire. Light-weight and comfortable. Really lovely.
