We offer a free gift message service for all of our boxes. We understand that a lot of our gifts go directly to the recipient and as a result we do not include any paperwork with your parcel.

We recommend that you include a gift message to let the recipient know who the gift is from, as we will be unable to provide this information to your recipient, should they phone up and ask (due to data privacy laws).

Your gift message will be printed on a golden ticket and placed inside your box. Please try to restrict your message to a maximum of 250 characters - any more than this and the message may overrun onto the back of the card and won't look as nice.

You can add your gift message in the 'message to seller' field at the checkout.

We despatch all of our products the next working day after the order has been placed and offer the following services:
Standard Delivery (2 working days after despatch)
Express Delivery (1 working day ofter despatch)

Selected postcodes do not qualify for the 1 Working Day service, due to courier restrictions. The following postcodes will be sent using their 2 working day service: AB30, AB34, AB36, AB37, AB38, AB41-AB56, FK17-FK21, IV1-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA21-PA40, PH15-PH26, PH30-PH41, PH49, PH50,

APC operate a Monday to Friday delivery service and will require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery. APC will only make 2 attempts to deliver and so after the first attempt you will need to contact them top arrange your final delivery attempt. They can be contacted using the telephone number on the card, to make arrangements for re-delivery on a more convenient day. After the 2 attempts have been made the parcel will remain at your local depot, awaiting collection. The parcel will stay there until it is collected, as there is no return facility.

Your bouquet will be wrapped securely and parcelled inside an extra strength box, to ensure it arrives safely. We send out over 3,000 bouquets a month with APC and encounter very few problems. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel does arrive damaged then please inform the courier that you wish to sign for the parcel as damaged. If there is any damage to the bouquet inside then please send through some pictures of the damage (along with a picture of the box) and we shall arrange for either a refund or free replacement to be sent out straight away.

Please note that if your are sending your bouquet to someone other than yourself then it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the recipient is aware of the delivery and is updated on the date of delivery and tracking number (this information is sent to the registered email address at the checkout).
