If you contact us before 14 days from the date of posting, you will be asked to wait until 14 days has elapsed before we investigate any further, unless you have chosen Special Delivery (which guarantees next working day delivery before 1pm MON-FRI).

Why 14 days? Royal Mail do not consider an item lost or missing until after 14 days have elapsed.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

For hygienic reason, under UK Law you may, return it purchased product only when was unused in its original undamaged packaging and return it with attached packing slip. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. 

If the product was removed from original packaging or damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Here's a basic guide to AVERAGE timescales (these are not guaranteed times and can take longer):-

WESTERN EUROPE:  3 to 10 BUSINESS Days
EASTERN EUROPE:  4 to 12 BUSINESS Days 
WORLDWIDE:  5 to 20 BUSINESS Days

- Hermes tracking within the UK only when sent from our warehouse to eBay GSP depot.

- Global tracking when sent from eBay GSP depot to your address. 

An item sent outside of the UK can take up to 30 days for delivery, this is completely out of our control, but as with most of our deliveries, the delivery times stated above are the usual.
