Hello, you are viewing my listing for a Vintage Painting On Board of what appears to be the New York City (NYC) Empire State Building lit at night.  This is a Signed painting by the artist Fairchild.  This is a Highly Detailed Art Painting.  This painting has an interior frame which contains the actual painting as well as an outer frame which the interior section is secured to.  The outer frame is missing two sides of the wood frame.  The interior section which holds the painting measures 10 and 1/4" wide by 19 and 1/4" tall.  The entire item weighs 3.2 pounds and measures 16 and 1/8" wide by 24 and 3/4" tall by 1 and 5/8" thick.  This painting is highly detailed.  There is a lamp post painted in front of the building that is done with a heavy thick paint.  There are people walking around the building which appears to be at night.  This is an amazing painting.  LOCAL PICKUP IS ACCEPTED.
