ASP slasher blades are manufactured in Europe from high quality Boron steel to ensure wear capabilities that at the very least meet OEM standards but generally far exceed them. ASP mower blades are typically 50Rc hardness, high carbon alternatives are typically 40Rc. The extra hardness in ASP blades means superior wear resistance and because Boron in the steel prevents the blade becoming brittle in heat treatment, it ensures you enjoy at least 30% longer life from ASP blades.  ASP blades are without a doubt the best performing blade available for all Australian conditions.

Return / Exchange Policy

You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased....
  1. Are defective or faulty. or
  2. Are significantly different to the description or sample we provided, or
  3. Do not do what they are supposed to do
  4. Provided that you stopped using the goods and returned them within a reasonable time and you can show us proof of purchase (copy of original invoice). Please note that, if necessary, products may be sent to the manufacturer / independent body for assessment to determine if they are faulty.  
  5. ASP provides a 3 month ‘Replacement Parts Warranty’ against defects in material and workmanship (from date of purchase). Warranty is subject to normal wear and tear. 

In all other cases, ASP will happily exchange your purchase if.... 
  1. The product is returned within 14 days of purchase (goods returned after this period will be considered for exchange but will incur a 20% restocking fee);
  2. The product has not been used;
  3. The product and packaging is in original condition and 
  4. You have your original receipt
Please note that we will not exchange any 'special orders' or 'parts' that you may have ordered in, or products not normally stocked by ASP. 

Shipping Discrepancies / Damages 
Incorrect parts, shortages, overage & damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. All external damages should be reported to the carrier and noted on the delivery / shipping document when signing for goods.
Please check that the correct number of parcels has been received before signing receipt of goods.

POSTAGE & DISPATCH 
Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared however please allow approximately 7- 10 business days for it to arrive. Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment. If you are buying a number of items we are happy to combine shipment to reduce freight costs, please request an invoice prior to checkout so we can advise delivery cost. Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid, unless you contact us immediately. ASP is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. This also includes failure to provide an answered phone number which is essential to facilitate delivery of bulky freight. Please be aware that P.O Boxes cannot receive items above 25kg or longer than 1 metre. We highly recommend that you change your delivery address to a workplace for items that are large and bulky prior to purchase. Where goods are sent through Australia Post, the buyer may receive a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for pickup from their local post office. Re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undelivered and/or returned to ASP due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am to 5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
