I have a no hassle 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your order I will fully refund the purchase value of any item ordered within 14 days of receipt of the order. For me to refund any purchase, items must be returned unused & free from damage caused by use misuse or neglect. I cannot provide a full refund for any item that is not returned with all its original packaging. If you cancel your order after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. You must take care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Warranty If the goods delivered to you are not as ordered or are of incorrect quantity or have a manufacturing fault, I will replace the damaged or defective products, If replacement goods are not available, I will issue a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Returns GOODS RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CONDITION WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS £2.50 STANDARD P&P CHARGES RETURN POSTAGE TO BE PAID FOR BY BUYER.
