Ground Shipping: Most of our items are shipped through common ground carriers (UPS, FEDEX), we may also use USPS Priority Mail for smaller items. Items shipped via ground shipping normally are delivered in about 2-4 business days or less but in rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days.
Freight Shipping: Large items (over 150LBS) are shipped by freight lines and are normally delivered in about 1 week (most are delivered in less than 1 week, but in rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days). We offer 100% free freight shipping to home or business, including liftgate service when necessary. We will email you the shipping/tracking info so you can track your shipment.
How long will it take until I receive my order? 90% of our shipments are delivered in 3 days or less and ship through FedEx or other similar carriers via regular ground service. Most of our items ship from our warehouse in the Southeastern United States. Depending on your location you will receive your order between 2 and 10 business days. - We welcome returns within (30) days for a refund, minus 10% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after (30) days of receipt of the item.

- Items must be in new condition, returned in their original packaging, and should visibly reference an RMA # issued by our customer service staff.
- Refunds take approximately a week to process upon return of the item, and after all return policy terms have been satisfied.
- To arrange a return please contact our Customer Service staff by email, prior to returning an item so that we can issue you a required RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns without an RMA # will not be accepted.
- If a repair is authorized it must be returned to us (freight prepaid, with proof of your purchase) during the 12-month period after the date of your original purchase of the product. - Items damaged from abuse, misuse or overloading are not covered under warranty.
If you receive this item and the quality is not what you expected we will have it picked up and give you a 100% refund. We even pay shipping both ways.
We warranty that items purchased eBay are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of sale. We will repair, replace parts, or when appropriate issue a partial refund or exchange an item. The course of action will be up to our best judgement.
