An antique English gilt yellow metal fob, with glass to both sides holding a compass and a watch dial (not a functioning watch, but with moving hands altered by the button).
A highly collectable & very wearable fob!
CONDITION: All original and very good. Slight signs of wear commensurate with age and use. Compass needle moves but may need remagnetising to be accurate.
DEFECTS: None.
DATE/MARKS: Around 1900. Not marked.
DIMENSIONS: 30 x 20 mm overall (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.
WEIGHT: Approx. 7.6 grams.
