RETURNS POLICY

We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not happy with your item please return the unused product to us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods, excluding all delivery charges. Please package up securely and include details of your order number and whether a replacement or refund is required.
Include a description of why you are returning the item. Any faulty item must have a description of what the fault is. Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send it.
