Know your dog and choose the appropriate size and type of toy to prevent choking or other harm. Inspect toys regularly; if a toy is damaged or if parts become separated, remove toy and parts as injury may result. Dogs are like human babies. Supervise play and never leave toys with a dog unsupervised. If you have a multiple dog home always purchase toys based on the largest and most powerful dog.

We guarantee every product will arrive in new, undamaged and working condition, unless noted otherwise.

Making purchases via the internet can be challenging at times as you can not touch or see the item in person. We do our best to describe the item we are selling. We mostly use stock photos taken by the manufacturers and/or vendors. However, if you receive an item and it is not as expected please contact us to arrange a return for a refund or exchange, if applicable.

Return Policy

We're confident that the merchandise we sell will meet or exceed your expectations, but if it doesn't we will gladly accept your returns. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item, please notify us within fourteen days of receipt and we will refund it upon return receipt. Please be aware that we cannot refund shipping costs, (to or from). Also we will not accept returns that have been used, opened, tags removed or damaged by the purchaser, or that are returned without prior notification. If you would like to return an item, please contact us.

If an item is found to be defective, please contact us. In some cases the item must be returned to us, at buyer’s expense, for a refund or exchange. Occasionally we will request photos be sent in lieu of item being returned. We will not provide a refund or exchange for used products.
