Medical alert jewellery is extremely important if you have any medical conditions or allergies which are not noticeable.

It is vital that any information on your bracelet is clear and easy to  read. This is why we only recommend a certain amount of wording as there is a limited amount of space available.

To make sure your engraving NEVER comes off we use a diamond head cutter with the latest bright white technology.

We use Helvetica for all engraving and engrave over the same area three  times to ensure the engraving is deep and lasts a lifetime.

TO MAKE VITAL INFORMATION AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE, WE WILL MAXIMIZE ALL THE ENGRAVING AREA WITH YOUR CHOSEN MESSAGE.

You have the option of choose to have NO engraving, Front Engraving or  Front & Back Engraving. I would recommend you have no more than 26 Characters on the front and 26 Characters on the back. This is to make sure everything is easily visible. I understand some  may need more than 26 Characters so please don't hesitate to contact me, I'm always on hand to help.

WHAT IS THE CORRECT LENGTH FOR ME?

The Sizes of these Bracelets are determined by laying them down flat and measuring them from end to end. If you are unsure of what size to order, the general rule is to measure your wrist in Centimeters (image #2) and then add 2 to 3cm more. 2cm for a snug fit, and 3cm if you prefer your Bracelets looser around your wrist. Or you can simply measure one of your existing Bracelets and order the same size.

HOW DO I ENGRAVE MY BRACELET?

After you have added the ITEM to your Basket, do not "Confirm and Pay" just yet. You need to click on "Message to Seller" on the "Review Purchase page" and a box will appear for you to leave us your Engraving Instructions.

Once your instructions are complete, click on "Add" and your Instructions will be added to your order. You may then click on "Confirm and Pay" to submit your order.

If for any reason you miss the "Message to seller" message box during checkout, simply send us a message containing the needed details via the eBay messaging system.
