Returns and feedback
Our product is 100% guaranteed. We do accept exchange or refund within 30 days. Product needs to be returned in original condition with hang tags attached. Please ensure you repack carefully to avoid damage in transit that may affect your refund.
- All items returned to us for a refund will incur a 15% surcharge to cover our postage and eBay and Pay pal seller fees. This will be deducted from your refund.
Any additional postage & handling fees paid by the buyer are non-refundable. Unfortunately, refunds will not be given.
