WITH ALL ADHESIVE PRODUCTS, TEMPERATURE IS CRITICAL TO THE GLUE, THEY JUST DON'T LIKE THE COLD OR COLD SURFACES, SOME PREPARATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE USE, THE SURFACE THAT YOU WISH TO APPLY IT TO MUST BE CLEAN AND FREE FROM LOOSE PARTICLES. WE USE "METHYLATED SPIRITS" TO CLEAN ANY POLISH, GREASE OR DIRT AWAY. THE ADHESIVE WILL STICK EASILY TO THIS, THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE SHOULD BE AT LEAST ABOVE 15 DEGREE'S CELSIUS. ONCE STUCK LEAVE FOR 24 HRS FOR THE GLUE TO CURE IN A WARM ENVIRONMENT, THEY DON'T LIKE BEING MOVED OR FINGER PRINTS OVER THEM. MAKE SURE THE SURFACE YOU ARE ADHERING TO IS FLAT AND SOLID PLASTIC/METAL - NOT FOAM BACKED (THIS MOVES) OR DIMPLED EFFECT ONCE STUCK SHOULD LAST FOR AGES WEIGHT PERMITTING.

DELIVERY & DISPATCH POLICY

All items will be dispatched in adequate packaging as standard; Ebay will advise you when the package has been dispatched. 

Our return address will be marked on the external side of the packaging. 

We apologise for any delay you have in receiving a late parcel, Ebay displays an "ESTIMATED" delivery day ? we have no control over this display and ask that you allow up to 7 days after this delivery date before contacting us. 

We offer other delivery services if your parcel is urgent, recorded and next day

Next day, is for the next WORKING day and not for SATURDAY OR WEEKEND delivery. 

We hope you will judge us on our dispatch performance & not the delivery service you have chosen. 

We try and dispatch all items on the same day were possible, items ordered after 12.00 pm may go the next working day, INCLUDING EXPRESS PARCELS

We display a handling time of 3 days, to extend the expected delivery date Ebay displays and if we have a problem here

Payments and refunds are now handled by Ebay and they should be contacted if you have a payment problem 

Parcels will only be sent to verified & confirmed addresses. 

We do not dispatch to PO box numbers as a signature cannot be obtained. 

Ebay now accepts many forms of payment from Paypal to credit and debit cards. 

We offer 2nd class delivery on our items for postage & courier for heavier and longer parcels, 

we do not allow collection on any of our goods akthough Ebay displays this

We try to offer competitive postage and packaging on all our items, being human, we don't always get this right. 

Please remember the price we charge covers the postage. packaging and Ebay fees 

At least 90%-95% of the costs are charges by the royal mail 

Most International sales are limited to a maximum of 2kg 

Above this we can offer other couriers including DPD, EVRI etc.

We reserve the right to combine all postage and shipping into a single parcel if possible, this will not reduce the cost of the postage but is convenient for delivery

We reserve the right to cancel any order

International postage may be displayed as guidance, 

contact us with your country/address for a better quote or use the add to basket to get an estimate.

Our contact hours are: Monday to Thursday 10.00am to 4.00pm, and Friday 10.30 am to 3.00pm 

We are closed at weekends, holidays and bank holidays and when I am on holiday

RETURNS POLICY

1. Any problems that you have please notify us within 24 hrs of delivery and retain all packaging and invoices so hopefully we can resolve your issue quickly

2. You have the right to return any item with 14 days, (change of mind) 

Change of Mind

The item must be unused and be in the original saleable condition, with all the original packaging intact. 

Items that have been used or parts missing will not be accepted 

3. The customer pays for returned items 

4. Goods returns are now handled by Ebay and they will process your return after notifying us;

5. Accepted returns are to be posted within 7 days of authorisation. by 2nd class standard royal mail, unless otherwise advised. 

The items must be packaged appropiatly to  prevent any damage whilst in transit

You must get a proof of posting and retain this until the package arrives

Once the goods have been received and accepted, we will process your refund . 

This is now handled by ebay 

6. The refund does not include the original postage & any fees incurred in the selling that are not recoverable

7. Accepted returns outside the specified return the item will be repaired as required and returned to you ,  the buyer pays for the return postage

8. Returns after 90 days are not accepted, the warranty is held by the manufacturer of the item, if accepted to us, all return postage costs will be invoiced 

9. Returns due to incorrect address or non collection can be resent at the additional appropriate postage cost or refunded less the postage

10. No warranty is given or implied, any manufacturers warranty on any product must be dealt directly with the manufacturer 

11. Some items have manufacturer instructions for safety, if an item has been found that the safety features have not been adhered to or over ridden the return will not be accepted
