Payment

We ask that you make your payment within 4 days of purchase. An unpaid item case will be automatically opened once this time has passed.

Shipping

We are located in Melbourne, Australia but we ship worldwide to most countries. Australian shipping is free for purchases over AU$50 or AU$4.95 otherwise. International shipping at a flat rate of $4.95. Shipping costs may not automatically combine on multiple items so please contact us prior to paying for an updated invoice.

We use Australia Post eParcel and Couriers Please for all Australian purchases. International purchases are shipped via DHL eCommerce and will be delivered by your local postal service. If you have a preference for a particular carrier or shipping method we can usually accommodate your needs.

All products are shipped in discrete boxes or satchels. Due to customs requirements International purchases contain the description 'Mens Apparel' on the outside.

All Australian orders are trackable online. Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment.

Addressing

Items will be shipped to the destination listed on the PayPal invoice to adhere to PayPal Seller Protection requirements.

Destination Costs

Any additional costs imposed or required by the destination country will be borne by the buyer. This includes but is not limited to tariffs, duties, tax and custom fees.

Returns

We will accept returns for unopened packages in original condition within 30 days, provided the buyer contacts us first. Due to the nature of the items we cannot accept returns unless they are in original condition (ie. the item cannot have been worn and must have tags attached). The buyer will be required to pay both return and replacement shipping costs.
