How to order embroidery:
1. Proceed to checkout
2. Go down the page to Review item and Postage section
3. Click on Message to seller (in blue writing)
4. Leave all information required e.g. Name, DOB, thread colour etc.
5. Click Add - this will save your message to your order

Please Note: Failure to leave required information will delay the processing of your order.
Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We aim to process and dispatch your item 2/3 days of orders placed. Order cut off time is 12.00 p.m. Orders placed after this time will be process the following 2/3 days.

Orders placed over a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next Working day.

Most items are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd class postage which can take 3 - 5 working days. Should you require a speedier postal delivery, please choose 1st class or Special Delivery option.

We generally post items daily from Monday to Friday. Cut off time for orders is 12.00 p.m. If an item should go missing in the mail we will refund or replace item but please be aware that Royal Mail don’t class an item as lost until 15 days after posting. Your patience would be welcome should this happen to your parcel.

RETURNS

  • Returns Accepted
  • After receiving the item, your buyer should cancel the purchase within: 14 days
  • Return postage will be paid by: Buyer
  • Additional returns policy details: Please return item unused and unworn. Item must be in the original packaging. Item must be cancelled within 14 days. Please follow the correct procedure for returns via Ebay.
  • Most of our items are made to order. As a result we don't offer returns on any of our embroidered products. If you find your item has arrived to you damaged/Faulty then please get in touch with us within 2 days of receiving your item so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent.
  • RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY OR THE MISTAKE IS OURS.
