1 piano caster/wheel mounting socket. Fits casters with a groove cut around the shaft - NOT casters with a grip ring stem (see pic).  These sockets are 1 3/8" in diameter and normally used on leg diameters too small for the larger 2 1/8" diameter sockets (also available in my ebay store).  Stem mounts in approx 9/16" hole. The bushing I usually include in my caster auctions is not included as the diameter of this socket is so small that the placement of the mounting holes would mean the screws would have to thread into the bushing, potentially creating a hazardous situation. Four #10x1.5" screws are included.

These sockets are designed for casters with a 7/16" diameter stem about 1-9/16" long with a plain 1/4" groove the center of which is about 3/8" from the end of the stem.

I've been servicing pianos full time since I was 17 years old (30+ years) and in that time have serviced/replaced casters on hundreds of pianos - antique uprights, spinets, consoles, studios, square grands, baby grands and grands.  I'm glad to answer questions about this product before or after the sale - my contact info is included in each shipment and you can also reach me through eBay.
