Non collection
All customers are provided with a tracking number on the eBay transaction. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your order, then you can either collect from the delivery office, or rearrange a delivery online (www.royalmail.com)
If you do not collect the parcel from the sorting office within 10 days, the parcel is returned to us. On receipt of the parcel we will refund you the monies minus £3.60 which Royal Mail charge for returning the item. If you would like us to re send the item a further £3.60 charge is applicable.
