This product requires a personalised name. The name must not be more than 25 characters long, including spaces. Orders without a personalised name will not be processed. If you forget to add this personalisation you will be contacted via ebay message requesting your personalisation details. If you do not provide suitable personalisation within 14 days of purchase your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:
If you have entered your personalisation details incorrectly and wish to change them please do so via ebay message IMMEDIATELY. Once your order has been processed you will not be able to make changes. Orders are usually processed after one hour of your purchase.
