- Fragrances are considered as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and therefore do not qualify for 3 day express shipping.
- Brazil & Israel Delivery Times: For deliveries to Brazil please allow up to 3 months due to local custom delays, and regular postal strikes.
- UK Delivery Times: 14-21 days for major cities, please beware there can be delays due to customs.
- TRACKING: All orders are traceable through your local post tracking service with your tracking number provided and a signature is required on all deliveries. If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered successfully, we will not accept cases or disputes raised.

- RETURNS: We accept returns if your item is faulty or damaged (which is very rare), we do not accept returns based on change of mind, ordered the wrong item or found the same product at a lower price elsewhere. Please select and order all fragrance products with care as we are unable to accept returns on Fragrances due to transportation restrictions. A courier can be arranged at the buyers expense for high priced fragrance returns.
