This original blue silk ribbon measures approx. 2 5/8" by 7" and is in very good condition with slight discoloration in places.  Blank reverse side.  Theodore Elijah Burton served as a congressman from Ohio's 21st & 22nd districts from 1889-1891, 1895-1909 and 1921-1928.  Thanks for looking at this auction.
