In either case you will receive the total length you order.
If your preference is to get 1x 4m length, please let us know by adding a note to your order at checkout. If you order 1 quantity of the item, e.g. 5 metres, you will receive 1x 5m length.
If you require 5 separate strings of 1m, please order 5x 1 metre.

You will receive the item in a grip seal bag, which can be resealed and reused. Your order will be sent out in bubble-wrap envelope or box to ensure that your items reach you in perfect condition. Wherever possible we use packaging which fits through a standard letterbox, so you don't have to be in to accept delivery. For this reason, larger orders may be split into multiple packages.
Payment: Paypal preferred, but I will also accept cheques or s for UK orders only. Combined postage is offered for all purchases paid as part of a single transaction (within a 7 day period). Please request a combined invoice if required.
Shipping: We aim to send out all orders within 1 working day of receiving your cleared payment. We offer a choice of UK 1st or 2nd class postage, depending on whether economy or speed are most important to you. We also post worldwide, by Airmail.
