One new reproduction fat bob style 1:1 speedometer for OHV & Servicar models with fat bob tanks from 1962 to 1983 including FL, FX, and FXWG. This particular style was introduced in 1968 and used until the early 1970's. Of course it’s reproduction, but it sure beats a Harley knock-off which has no Harley logo on your old rider or restoration until you can find or afford a perfect factory rebuild or the rare NOS one which finds it’s way to eBay every now and then.
This is a pretty accurate reproduction of the original 67004-68 speedometer, frequently referred to as the "bullseye" face, head as made by Stewart-Warner back in the day. We do also offer this in a 2:1 ratio for 1936-1961 models four speed big twins.
This does include the reset knob and screw as shown.
Used on the following:
- 1962-1980 FL, FLH Duo-Glide & Electra-Glide with stock transmission speedometer drive
- 1962-1973 G, GE Servicar
- 1971-1972 FX Super Glide
- 1980-1983 FXWG with stock four speed transmission speedometer drive.
Fits in a 4 5/8” opening if you are planning to use this for a custom project. Otherwise this fits just like a stock Harley Fat Bob speedo in your Harley.
Takes speedometer cable with standard Harley transmission mount and 5/8” female connection at the head. The speedometer has a male connection on the back as shown. If you need a cable for your FL or FX model, please see my listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Harley-Panhead-Shovelhead-FL-FLH-FX-Speedometer-Cable-1962-to-1983-/350858372306?ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT for a zinc plated reproduction cable.
If you need a cable for your Servicar which will work with this:

We also have cad plated reproduction cables available in our store.
Most people won’t know it’s not an original Beck face on an original Stewart-Warner at curb-side, but they sure know when you don’t have a speedo with a Harley logo on it. The logo is quite an accurate reproduction though I'm sure an AMCA judge would pick up minor differences from an OEM original if you were thinking about using on a judged bike.
Please double check what your transmission drive ratio is. I have no way of knowing if someone else may have changed out the gearing for the later 1:1 ratio.
Please note: this does NOT include any mounting hardware.
When it's practical, I will gladly combine all your purchases into one shipment for a discounted rate.
A note on shipping:
Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates. Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction. In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc. I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices. If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges. It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy. I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating. That’s the only way I can solve a problem. I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!
