You're looking at a Super 8 cartridge of KODAK TRI-X Reversal Film. Actually Kodak only makeS one black & white reversal film any more and this is it (reversal is film that you can project directly once it gets processed as opposed to negative film) KODAK ALSO MAKES EKTACHROME COLOR REVERAL WHICH I ALSO SELL IN SUPER 8 & 16MM. This will run in any working super 8 movie camera. Tri-x 7266 offers fine grain and high sharpness. It also gives you rich blacks and excellent contrast, enabling you to capture stunning images. This film is suitable for general interior photography with artificial light. It can also be used in daylight. The unique look and texture of a black and white reversal film cannot be duplicated by any other medium. All our stock is purchased factory-direct from Kodak within the last few weeks, and stays continuously refrigerated until shipping.

When you're ready to process; one company I know of is Yale Film & Video in California they are easy to find online (I have no affiliation with Yale). They can also transfer your film to video once processed if you need to do that. Feel free to let me know of other processors you know of. I will add them to this list. I just want to direct people to whoever else processes 16mm out there.
