Surcharges: Unfortunately couriers make a surcharge when delivering to certain parts of the UK, these include but are not limited to all offshore islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland etc.  These have been highlighted on the map and the surcharges detailed below. The free delivery service is limited to those areas highlighted in green only. Items will not be dispatched to these areas until the surcharge has been paid. We will contact you to request the surcharge or alternately please contact us before making payment for your order so that we can adjust your invoice before you make payment.

Please read my terms of sale prior to bidding. This is important and ensures you are happy with our terms. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and wish to avoid any complications later on.

Buy it now: Please only click `buy it now` on an item if you are intending to pay. This may sound obvious, but unfortunately this does happen occasionally.

Bidding: Please only bid on an item if you are intending to pay. This may sound obvious, but unfortunately this does happen occasionally. We reserve the right to cancel a bid in these extreme circumstances.

Postage: We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our preferred delivery method is via courier, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and you the customer. A receipt is obtained for all items sent by recorded first class post, and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost.

Lost Items: As mentioned above, we obtain proof of postage on all items sent, and these can be provided if the postal service has lost the item. We will do all we can to work with you to track a lost item with the Post Office or Courier, and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached.

Returns: Item must be returned unused and in original box to qualify for 14 days money refund.
