Corgi Gift Set 37 Lotus Racing Team. Superb condition. Issued 1966-69.
Description.
The contents are in very near mint-mint condition, and comprise:
1) 490 White VW Breakdown Truck.
2) Silver chassis on a red trailer.
3) 318 Dark Green with yellow stripe Lotus Elan S2.
4) 319 Lotus Elan S2 Hard Top in yellow with a dark green roof and stripe.
5) 155 Dark Green Lotus Climax Racing Car with racing number '1'.
Important to note. There is no bag of cones, racing number sheets and instructions however there is a Corgi brochure.
Condition. About Mint.
1) 490 VW Breakdown Truck. Mint paintwork. Side transfers aged.
2) Silver chassis on a red trailer. Mint other than chipping around towing eye.
3) 318 Dark Green with yellow stripe Lotus Elan S2. Mint. With driver.
4) 319 Lotus Elan S2 Hard Top in yellow with a dark green roof and stripe. Mint.
5) 155 Dark Green Lotus Climax Racing Car with racing number '1'. About Mint. Tiniest loss on start of yellow stripe.
Box. Excellent Plus
The box base is without damage and no chipping away of the polystyrene. The outer box is also very nice with UN-damaged cellophane. All flaps attached and firm with no tears. Only damage are two tears bottom left front corner. A very nice box.

Stunning in appearance and belongs on show in a display cabinet.

UK deliveries.- We use Royal Mail generally and send signed and tracked and requiring a signature for receipt. We also pack soundly using bubble wrap and other materials to ensure safe delivery. We pack in purpose made delivery boxes. Please note that through our postal services Royal Mail we can cover up to £2500 within the UK.
