Expect the same level of customer support from us that

you would want if you walked into a retail shop. We treat everyone like a person and

Buying:

We expect payment with one week of purchase using PayPal.

For local pickups, please pay in person when you arrive or meet our agent.

Make sure that we mark your eBay purchase as PAID when you

arrive so that the system does not open an unpaid item case.

Best offers are answered within 48 hours in most cases.

 

Shipping:

We absolutely ship within one business day on Monday through Friday. We do not typically ship on

Saturday. You will receive a message from eBay with shipping information if available. Many items will

have tracking, but not every item will have tracking. We offer combined shipping on any and all

purchases. Our default method is shipping via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 2-10 business days

for your items to arrive inside the US. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, protectorates, and to Puerto Rico for

free, but your shipping may take longer.

If you need it faster, we can ship using Express One-Day where available or Priority Mail, which takes 2 to

3 days. Please note that Priority Mail is NOT a guaranteed service, so if you are desperate, we can use

the Express One Day or add a 2 day service manually if you call us. FedEx Standard Overnight is an

option for every item, and you call us for other shipping arrangements.

We will not change an address after checkout. If you make a mistake, please let us know. Please make

sure that you have the address you want entered into your PayPal account prior to checkout.

We pride ourselves on taking the utmost care in packaging. However, if your item arrives in torn or broken

packaging or has been damaged, please contact us immediately.

 

Problems:

We have done our best to ensure the quality of your product. We test, charge, clean, and repair

everything we possibly can. However, we are only human, so please let us know if we pack your order

incorrectly or if your item appears damaged when it arrives. If for any reason you are not completely

satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. You have 30 days to contact us for a refund

or exchange.

If you feel that you need to return your item, then please contact us immediately. You will be responsible

to pay for return postage, except when we are at fault. You need to return the item immediately after

contacting us, and we are pleased to offer exchanges on most products. If you purchase a new item, and

wish to return it, then you will be responsible to pay a restocking fee of 15%. Some used items are also

subject to restocking fees, especially if you purchase in error. Generally, if we are in the wrong, you

should not expect to pay for an exchange or for any fees.

*Note: Items sold in as-is condition or in the category of “for parts or not working” with no Return Policy

are ineligible for our warranty.

 

Contact:

Contact us by phone or through the eBay message system. Do NOT email the PayPal address. It is not

monitored. We will gladly answer any questions you have, but typically only Monday through

Friday.

Important: Please do not reply to any email sent to you from eBay, from our PayPal address, or to any

email outside of eBay messaging. We don’t watch for messages sent to the email address associated

with eBay or PayPal.

 

Feedback:

Feedback is an integral part of the eBay system. Positive feedback tells other buyers that you’ve been

able to purchase a product smoothly, or have been able to resolve a problem. We want you to leave us

positive feedback. If something is wrong, please don’t hesitate to contact us before deciding to leave

anything other than positive feedback. We aim to please!
