You are purchasing Potted 3-6" tall Seedling Starter Plant in 2.5" square pot.
Sapodilla (Manilkara zapota, also called Chiku) 'Excalibur' Variety Seedling Tree.

These seedlings are from the rare, one of the best tasting 'Excalibur' variety Sapodilla fruits (very big and sweet fruits, only 1 or 2 seeds).

Sapodilla is a long-lived, evergreen tree native to southern Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean
Sapodilla trees are medium to large trees with a pyramidal to rounded canopy. These long-lived trees grow slowly, but after many years may reach 60 to 100 feet in height. Sapodilla trees are well adapted to subtropical and tropical climates. Young sapodilla trees may be severely damaged or killed at 30 to 32°F (-1 to 0°C) or below but mature trees may withstand down to about 26°F (-3°C) for a few hours without major damage.
The tree has ornamental value and may be used for landscaping.
The foliage is evergreen.
Young sapodilla trees have been observed to defoliate or decline due to lack of water; therefore young trees should be watered periodically during dry periods. Mature sapodilla trees are tolerant of dry soil conditions. However, for optimum fruit production and quality, periodic irrigation during long dry periods is recommended from flowering through harvest. In the home landscape, well established sapodilla trees generally do not require regular watering to produce satisfactorily.
The fruit is an edible berry with a scurfy brown peel. Fruit is oval-shaped or conical, and 3 to 4 inches (7-10 cm) in diameter. They weigh 5 oz to 1 lbs. The pulp is brownish to reddish brown, sweet and tasty.
When fruit reaches maximum size, it may be picked and allowed to ripen off the tree.

Trees grown from seeds are not always identical to the parent tree.

IMPORTANT!
Small plants need protection from cold, wind, sun, dry-out.
Place all plants in a spot of moderate temperatures (70-80F) in good light but NOT in a direct sun for two weeks until they adjust from shipping in darkness . NO direct sun, NO partial shade - FULL SHADE ONLY! Sun will burn small plants! Allow the plants a week or two to adjust to their new home before transplanting or fertilizing. If you plan to plant them in the garden, gradually increase their exposure to sunlight and outdoor conditions! Temperatures falling below 60F can result in plant damage.

If plants are replanted in a new pot/soil, kept outside, overwatered/dried or left in a sun, damaged by cold weather (especially during the night), heat during the day, dry wind, low humidity, sorry, then no replacements/refunds are given.
