These were purchased at a business liquidation three or four years ago, and we planned on reselling them individually.  Best we could tell, they belonged to a cable installation company that went out of business.  They seem to have all of the major parts, although we did find a few missing springs, plastic covers on the thumb latches, and rubber boots covering the cable ram.  The vast majority are probably serviceable as they are, however, nobody here has the expertise to test them fully.  A few will undoubtedly need some minor parts, and you might have to use two or three as "parts donors" if needed.  If we thought they were junk, we wouldn't sell them at all, but somebody can probably get a lot of use out of these.
