• Please be advised that this is a multi-variation
listing that features different items. The title of the listing and the
thumbnail picture is only to highlight and feature the first product on
the drop-down menu selection.
• The price varies on the selection you choose and
quantity. If there's only one balloon in the selection that means it is only
for one balloon unless you add to the quantity.
• Basically, whatever you select in the drop-down
menu is what you will receive. If you select only one item, you will only
receive one item. Or, if you select a set, you will receive one set. If you
wish to buy more please pay for the quantity.
• Also, there are some balloons in my store that
are on promotion. Not all balloons are on promotion, only the ones that
have watermark that states "BUY 2 GET 1 FREE" on the specific picture
of the item. If the item you buy is on promotion, it is only eligible
if you purchased 2 of the same item; you will automatically receive the 3rd
of the same balloon for free. It cannot be combined with other
items.
**Please be advised that all balloons are delivered
uninflated; must be inflated with helium for it to float, at your local party
store. All balloons are measured uninflated. Some balloons may vary 1-2
inches from the actual size due to rounding off and manufacture
discrepancies. Due to computer generated image, the pictures may slightly
vary in color with the actual color of the balloons.
Letter & Number Balloons: Please be advised, if you are
purchasing size 16" Letter and/or Number Balloons these
balloons do not float even with helium or hydrogen due to
its shape and size. It is mostly meant to be stuck on the
wall as a background decoration. Please be advised, if you are purchasing
letter/Number balloon the price is only for one letter or number. So please
order the quantity of what you want to spell and message me what you want me to
send you when you check out.
** If the item you purchased is temporarily sold
out or unavailable, I will notify you in the message for replacement of
similar item. If I do not get a reply from you in 2 days I will automatically
ship a substitute item that is similar or equivalent from your order.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class without
tracking number because I offer free shipping. I normally ship items
everyday including Saturday. If you purchase an item before 3 pm. PST.
Monday to Friday it will be shipped same day, otherwise it will be
shipped next business day. Saturday cut off time for shipment is 12 pm.
Delivery Time
Delivery time-frame is normally 3-5 business days.
However based on experience, USPS is not 100% reliable, so please allow a
few days delay, in such circumstance.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge
at an actual USPS postage fee. If you wish to expedite the shipping to 2-3 day
delivery, please choose the service upon check out.
Damage goods
If you happen to receive a damage item, please
contact me ASAP. Please do not discard the damage item as it has to be returned
in order to get a replacement or be issued a refund.
