Royal Mail 1st Class delivery typically takes 1-2 days but is NOT guaranteed. Should Royal Mail not deliver your item it will be a minimum of 10 working days before Royal Mail considers the goods lost and we can process a claim.
Special Delivery guarantees arrival by 1pm the next working day (it may take longer for remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands). Should your item go missing with this service claims can normally be dealt with inside 5 working days.

Returns policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days providing goods are unopened, returned in original condition and unmodified, complete with original packaging.
In the case of "compatible items" (most items) please ensure they are compatible with your equipment before purchasing.
If returning please return as incompatible not as defective or faulty. It is the buyers sole responsibility to decide if items are compatible for there intended purpose.
Goods can be returned if purchased from Dalewood Models within 30 days if they meet the following conditions:
* The item must be unused and in the same unmodified condition and that you received it.
* Must be in the original packaging.
All postage costs when returning goods are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once goods are received a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage costs) will be given.
Your order will not qualify for a full refund, exchange or return postage refund if:
*The items are not in the original condition and has been damaged by the user.
* Any missing item parts for reasons not due to our error .
Full refund is given under these conditions stated below:
*Obvious factory fault - Physical defect
*Electronic failure through no fault of user
