I acquired these from the British MOD/Army as surplus stock and they have/are used in forward operating bases in Afghanistan and other theatres of war where no permanent sanitation facilities exist. They are used by not only British forces but US and Canadian forces so are a proven product.

They can be used with a portable commode, waste bin / basket or drum.
