• Martin Kaymer became the No. 1 ranked golfer in the Official World Golf Ranking on 27 February 2011 after his runner-up finish in the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship. He turned professional in 2005 and is a member of the European Tour. He has won ten tournaments on the tour including four in 2010 to win the Race to Dubai.
