For sale is a Signed Richard Welling Times Square Line Art Drawing, Circa 1978. The drawing is mounted in a heavy wood dovetailed frame and it measures 26" long x 20" tall. A embossed seal is located on the lower left corner. A unique characteristic of Mr. Wellings work is that it is done with one continuous line. Mr. Welling was a accomplished artist.
