Made by Keko part number CV1460K10R these are medium disc size varistors approx. 11mm round
these are for use in electronics circuits and especially across AC power lines
Varistors basically sit on the lines and do nothing until a voltage above their limit arrives, then they can discharge that, so for example lightening storms or power spikes.

These units are designed to go across 3 phase lines etc. though can be used across normal mains, they are common in most better quality TV and higher cost units, alas cheaper units don't hence get taken out by the first HV line spike
