3DS Action Replay Power Saves software is region specific. Games from the US (NTSC), Europe (PAL), and Japan (NTSCJ) will only work with the Action Replay Power Saves software designed for that region.
On the back of the game cartridge, you’ll see a series of numbers and letters. the region of the game can be determined by the 4th digit on the back of the game cart. For example, on the back of Bravely Default, you might see something similar to – “BTRE140001” If the 4th digit on your copy of Bravely Default is an E, that version is the NTSC (USA) version.
Example:
BTRE = Bravely Default (USA)
BTRP = Bravely Default (PAL)
