Device Requirements:

Device requires Bluetooth low-energy compatible smartphone with Pokémon GO app installed.

Compatible with iPhone® 5 / 5c / 5s / SE / 6 / 6s /6 Plus / 6s Plus / 7 / 7 Plus devices with iOS v8–10 installed.

Compatible with Android devices with 2GB RAM or more, Bluetooth v4.0 or higher, and Android v4.4–6.0 installed.

 

Important Information

• BEFORE use this product MUST be fully charged
• Push the device into the USB Charger cable supplied
• Press the button on the device to check the charge symbol is displayed
• If the symbol is not displayed then the device is not charging - repeat above steps pushing the device FIRMLY into the charge cable until the charge symbol is displayed.

This device was fully tested at the time of shipment. If you have problems linking to your phone, not powering on or off this simply means that the battery needs to be charged.  This is to be expected and does not indicate any fault with the unit.  Always follow these steps and remember the device is only charging when the symbol is displayed after pressing the button.  See the Getting Started card for more information.
