Return Policy
Unwanted item:
Item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
It should be in its original condition with packaging and suitable for resale. With all accessories included.
Buyer will cover the postage charge for returning the product to us.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items:
You have the right to return a defective item within 30 days of purchase date.
If the item is deemed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange the return postage costs.

Please send us an email, stating the reason for the return and we will reply with a Returns reference number.
We aim to reply to your email within 1 working days.We make refunds within 5 working days of receiving a return and the refund method we use will be the same as that which you used to purchase the goods
Warranty
After 30 days of purchase, the item will be covered under our 12 months warranty. If the phone ‘develops’ a manufacturer fault, we are happy to have the device inspected, fixed, re-tested and then sent back under our warranty.
