SHIPPING: I ship most domestic medium and larger items out thru FedEx ground, smaller items I usually send out priority mail thru the Post office. I do allow for pick up in certain items that are too fragile or too big to ship. If you have any special instruction regarding boxing please email them to me directly.
RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform me and I will take immediate actions to resolve your request. We will refund your money in full except for the shipping costs and you must return the item in the same conditions as you received it.
